09:06 AM ET 09.16 | A Heat official said the team was disappointed in Dexter Pittman's summer league work and "this is a crucial training camp for him. But the slate is clear." Pittman has a guaranteed contract ($854,389) and seems likely to stick but has been assured nothing.

With all the money tied up in 3 players most of the bench will be disappointing. Just the math of the salary cap.

A lot of good players are on that bench............If Ray Allen is healthy he is an awesome addition.....

QUOTE(#13):

This team is built on their wings. They should just stay small and let other teams match up to them, rather than worrying the other way around They have like 10 guys that will want minutes, this dude has no chance to play

I don't agree.
You NEED big men that can matchup, or at least keep the other team honest inside.
I personally believe building a team around wing players (no matter how exceptional they are), is not going to win you many championships.

I think Miami is really noticing LA now, and they should.
What's Joel Anthony going to do inside for Miami against LA?

True.
Notice I mentioned "many championships"?
I can't see them do it consecutively without more inside presence.
