Can Irish flip Pitt commit this weekend?

08:22 AM ET 09.19 | Pittsburgh has at least some reason to worry about this weekend's Notre Dame-Michigan game. Corey Clement will be making an official visit to Notre Dame this weekend and the running back who is committed to Pittsburgh isn't using the occasion just to see some free football. The senior from Glassboro, N.J., has high expectations for Saturday's game against Michigan. ... So what would it take to flip Clement? "I don't know what it might take, but something would really have to wow me," Clement said. "I think Notre Dame has something to offer that might wow me, so if it aligns with that through observing them, there could be a possible chance of me taking a step back from Pitt ... I know Pitt isn't the only school out there."

Since you're around, what's your assessment of the recent setback for Troydom?

Was surprised how badly our OL got pushed around. Luckily for us it's early, don't think anyone in our conference has the physicality of the cardinal in their DL. We get Holmes back, that helps the entire OL. If we can run the table, still think it puts is in the thick of things come Jan. We shall see.

Sorry, but I find it annoying to read about an 18 year old who is teasing the two schools, or how many other schools he is playing with.
This is an ego trip for these kids, and the more publicity the media gives them the more they play this game so they can see their names in the media.
Personally, I pay very little attention to so-called "committment" activity until the signing day in February. Until then its like playing fantasy football; lots of energy given to a guessing game.

If I was a recruit I would try to get as much out of it as I could. While I would do it quietly, some kids like the attention. I blame the system that causes these kids to get the attention. And the system is in place because people pay money for recruiting info. An example of supply and demand economics. Supply and demand is the heart of American capitalism.

So I take it you hate American capitalism. GTFO you pinko commie tree hugging ****.
