08:28 AM ET 09.24 | Auburn coach Gene Chizik said Sunday there had been a plan in place all along to play freshman quarterback Jonathan Wallace, at least a little. He appeared in a handful of plays, spelling Kiehl Frazier to run the Wildcat offense in the 12-10 loss. He rushed three times for 15 yards. ... Chizik said Clint Moseley remains the No. 2 quarterback, though Moseley hasn't played this season, at least partly because he has a bad shoulder. Chizik said Wallace has a limited package of plays to run each game. Wallace only ran against LSU, but he could pass in other games, Chizik said. "We feel like he's very confident runner. It could range from zero plays to 20 plays when it's all said and done," Chizik said.

Attrition and front loading of way too many Juco propsects, regardless of how high they are ranked. They keep recruiting guys that are just not the most upstanding citizens. So, they think they can control them once they get to campus, then they don't.

I'm not criticizing taking a chance on a player, but it seems what they are doing doesn't work. The ones we have taken chances on seem to be able to behave, mostly, while at Alabama. We even managed to keep Rolando McClain out of trouble, mostly.

Chizik has Auburn looking like his old Iowa State team.

Wallace got hurt in the game. They'd better hope he doesn't have a concussion.

They will prob win 6/7 games.. Def losing to Bama/UGA...they can beat the rest

If you guys had used a better game plan, it probably would have been a blow out.

Mettenberger can't be showing anything when doing rollouts in practice. From the parts I saw, you guys rarely attacked the middle in the 7-8 yard range, especially with the pass, which seems to be their biggest weakness.
