08:12 AM ET 09.25 | Leading a list of Eastern Conference teams that can surprise this season may be the Philadelphia 76ers. Everybody loved the Andrew Bynum acquisition for the Sixers, but that trade leaves a couple of huge question marks for Bynum's new team. First, is Bynum good enough to lead a team? And secondly, can Bynum stay healthy long enough to lead a team? The answers to those questions will go a long way towards predicting Philadelphia's success this year, because without Andre Iguodala and Elton Brand, Bynum will have to grow up quickly and prove he can make the most of the opportunity he's been given. Also, it will be worth watching to see if Jrue Holiday and Evan Turner take the next step in their careers, but let -- s face it -- Bynum is the big draw here.

The nets will be the new east team to watch, everybody will watch the heat & celtics as well.
Personally Bynum may have a good season, but the sixers are no contenders period.

Philly is severely underrated. They really added to their team besides Bynums addition. Nick Young and Jason Richardson are also solid additions with Evan Turner and Jrue Holliday improving as well... Solid team that may creep up to the 2 or 3rd seed in the East...

I got the Nets at #2 followed by Pacers and Knicks.
Boston won't make top 4 simply because KG/PP won't play big minutes regular season.
CLE will be lucky if they make #8!!!!
