08:25 AM ET 09.25 | For some insight into the playing field that is the lockout, a Red Wings exec who had taken a shot at players -- and Milan Lucic specifically -- was also fined heavily by the NHL. The B's power forward had heard about [Jim Devellano's] comments, and still couldn't quite understand why he had been singled out in a wide-ranging conversation with the candid Devellano. "I guess I must be Grade A prime beef. I think we're pretty good cattle if you're looking at it that way," Lucic said with a laugh. "You definitely as a person don't like to be called "cattle." You'd think people would treat you better than as just an animal. Obviously he's got his name on the Cup a lot of times. I'm not going to say anything to disrespect him."
