02:30 PM ET 09.26 | Two weeks after USC had a Daily News reporter temporarily banned from practice, and immediately after Jim Mora forced out media from UCLA practice, the Los Angeles Times is reacting to both Lane Kiffin and Mora's propensity to shut out the media. Their rebuttal? They will no longer attend practices. In August, Mora told the media he would no longer discuss practice details to the media, which has caused a ripple effect in the Pac-12 and created a difficult situation for journalists. Are the coaches going too far by controlling information, or is the media too sensitive?
