Ray Allen takes high road with ex-Celtics teammates

There's not doubt Celt's Ainge toyed with ending the big three era. Even Pierce and Garnett were in trade talks as well. But when that ended and Celts decided to keep the big three intact Ray decided not move on and I think that's what hurts Garnet.

Ray on the other hand took the trade talks personal even though it's part of the business and never got over it that's why he bolted. Was it wrong for him to leave? No. He can leave just as he can be traded so I don't blame him.

From Garnet's point, they had a chance to play together again so it's more of Ray turning his back on them.

But I think Ray's being childish here by saying Garnet's act is shameful... afterall it's decision. Ray made a decision to leave; KG made a decision not to talk.

Move on Ray... nobody wants to talk to you!

Being a fan of the Celtics for 55 years.....I was disappointed when Ray left Boston.........Not because he went to the Heat....But because he left...But it is a business and it was his choice...........Just as it is someone's choice not to talk to him......


And I wish Ray Allen nothing but the best....It was a real pleasure watching him play...



But I find the not talking to him childish and immatuture........Kinda like the constant trolling that goes on here on FN....... Grow up KG and Rondo...........You are setting a lousy example of how to be a friend to your younger team-mates.........





And I'm not saying Ray is blameless either.........
