09:09 AM ET 09.30 | One Marlins front office official said Jeffrey Loria had no business saying Fredi Gonzalez was a "colossal failure" after Gonzalez claimed no manager is good enough for Loria. "Jeffrey said he was here five years, and he was here 3 1/2," the Marlins official said. "And two winning seasons with a low payroll -- how can you call that a colossal failure? Come on!"

Loria is the ultimate POS.
Single handedly killed the franchise in MTL hoping to move it south. When it failed he got the Marlins and won a miraculous/walking on the water championship with a payroll under 30 millions.

This is all on BUD SELIG. Ownership goes to his 'friends'. Look at his track record: McCourts. Wilpons! Angelos (for years). Cheapo Walmart CEO in Kansas City! Cheapo Pittsburgh owner! MLB is a monopoly run by hacks like Selig who hire cronies like Torre. That's why umpires are mediocre and replays are limited; why there's a DH in one league and not the other.
