03:23 PM ET 09.30 | Titans fans are holding their breath at the moment, as quarterback Jake Locker is currently being evaluated after being on the receiving end of a brutal sack by Houston Texans safety Glover Quin. Locker went down and was thrashing in pain following the hit, one which saw Quin blast Locker completely unblocked. The shoulder in question for Locker is his non-throwing shoulder, but it's the same shoulder that caused him to leave early in the season opener against the Patriots.

Hell of a bummer for Tennessee if he can't go for a while.

Hasselbeck is OK. Locker is probably the QB of the future, but Hasselbeck is still quite serviceable. They're lucky to have a backup who's actually qualified to be an NFL quarterback.

On the other hand, it doesn't really matter anyway. This isn't a team that's going anywhere.

"Damn near" is still just a 16-game season.
