Alabama relishing 'get better' week

Alabama's next five games come against SEC opponents with three taking place away from Bryant-Denny Stadium. The degree of difficulty seemingly increases with every next opponent until its Nov. 3 rematch with LSU in Baton Rouge. The Crimson Tide will make back-to-back road trips to Missouri (Oct. 13) and Tennessee (Oct. 20) before its first home game in nearly a month on Oct. 27 against No. 20 Mississippi State. ... "It's not a relaxing week for us," wide receiver Christion Jones said. "We've got a lot of things to work on. The bye week is just a week for us to get better, still focus on our details, still focus on our fundamentals. It's a 'get better' week."

I truly saw the top 6 look less than impressive. I think Alabama looked sluggish. I think they played better than the other top teams but not by much.
