Jets owner would rather have Mitt Romney win than his team

04:20 PM ET 10.02 | New York Jets owner Woody Johnson isn't a fan of losing, but that disdain for losing extends beyond his team to the upcoming presidential election. However, as passionate Johnson is about his Republican politics (don't act so surprised, how many rich white guys aren't Republicans?), Jets fans are even more passionate about their team. It is because of this Johnson might have to do a balancing act that so far he seems unwilling to do. When speaking about the upcoming election and Republican candidate Mitt Romney, Johnson stated that Romney winning the election over President Barack Obama is more important than the Jets winning this season.

Mr. Johnson knows that a Republican in the White House means he, being a multi-millionaire, will benefit far more than if a candidate from any other party were elected. The rich get richer, the poor stay poor, and the middle class gets decimated...it's the Republican way.

And, NO, I am not a Democrat. Anyone who aligns themselves with EITHER of those parties is greedy, foolish, or both.

It's the trickle down effect, my man, the trickle down effect. When the rich get richer we ALL get richer.

The "trickle down effect." What a cute little euphamism. That concept is just as ridiculous and repugnant today, as it was when Ronnie "Bedtime for Bonzo" Reagan continually uttered it as he brought our economy to it's knees in the 80's.

NOBODY is buying that BS anymore!

Don't bother trying to convince Dolemite. He's a degenerate socialist who demonizes success and rewards sloth.
