08:06 AM ET 10.05 | These days, it's tough being Mark Sanchez, who after three straight poor games is completing less than half his attempts, has Tim Tebow lurking and continues to hear questions about whether he's fearing for his job. "I don't feel threatened to lose my job at all, anyway," he said Thursday to a group of reporters, as an equally large media cluster circled Tebow. ... [Sanchez even] admitted the perception stands that the 2-2 Jets are "about to turn the corner for the worst" as they take on the undefeated Texans (4-0). Amid that concern, a report surfaced saying owner Woody Johnson would soon call for Tebow to start. But if a perfect storm is about to hit him, Sanchez is undeterred. "It's just another opportunity," he said.

Yeah, Mark. An opportunity to take some time off, spend a couple of years on another team holding a clipboard, and then retire with more money in the bank than you have any right to think you deserve.

You hate the owner interference, but it does seem like Rexy is a bit in denial about the state of his team as well as Sanchez's potential.

He just doesn't seem like the man for that job, either.

"Yes! I just love musicals!"

The Jets are not very good and they just lost their only legit receiver for the year. Sanchez might not be great but he was decent when they had an offensive line, running game and receivers, none of which he has now. Play Tebow, you still won't win but it sure would be fun to watch him go 4 of 19 for 23 yards and 3 INT's and then get booed.

Rex was in denial about the state of the team last season and even admitted the fact that he didn't understand how screwed up the locker room was. How long does he get paid the big bucks for having no clue?

Tebow out of the shotgun. He takes the snap and runs around the left side. Defenses will never see that coming!
