08:39 AM ET 10.07 | Orioles fans can sleep well knowing Jeffrey Maier isn't going anywhere near the Yankees-O's ALDS. "Tell them I am going to watch it sitting in my living room over the fireplace on a Samsung," Maier told The Post from his southern New Hamphsire home Saturday night. Maier, now 28, was a 12-year-old sitting in the right-field seats at Yankee Stadium for Game 1 of the 1996 ALCS between the Yankees and Orioles. With Baltimore ahead, 4-3, Derek Jeter lofted a fly ball to right that Maier got a hand on while appearing to having his arms over the wall and in play with Tony Tarasco waiting to catch it. Right field umpire Richie Garcia ruled it a home run and the Yankees won the game.

I think we all know it should have been an out, and I'm one of the most diehard Yankees fan.

My question to the Yankees haters is...if the Yankees win the world series this year, will it be a bought world series as they are almost always accused of?

Before you answer that, here's a little advice for ya.............on field play and talent wins series and not cash so STOP IT! Its this thing of ours in NYC.....The New York Yankees....Baby!

If his wife was any kind of " REAL" Red Sox fan,as he claims, she has it all planned. If I was him, I would keep one eye open when they go to bed.

Actually, I have seen a few nasty cat fights. I used to work as a bouncer and some of the chicks who came into that bar would get pretty violent if they thought someone had dissed them or was hitting on their man.
