02:43 PM ET 10.07 | It was first reported this morning on NFL Network's First on the Field that the New York Jets are some 12,000 tickets shy of a sellout ??? a figure that puts them under the blackout restriction meaning if this report holds water the Jets MNF matchup against the undefeated Texans would not be televised in the greater New York area. However we now have conflicting reports on this matter as a spokesman for the Jets has come forward and said these reports are simply untrue.

Cause they S**K???

Perhaps Tebow's 45% completion rating and 120 yards/game will help to solve that!!

October 7, 2012  02:48 PM ET

They should start Tebow if they want to sell more tickets.

Two free tickets with a gallon of milk!

October 7, 2012  06:16 PM ET

The owner and his family should buy 15 tickets each, the players and coaching staff should buy 10 tickets each and so on down the line until all 12,000 tickets are sold. Or not. Who cares? It's the Jets.

October 7, 2012  07:20 PM ET

50,000 people are wondering why they bought tickets. 10,000 are there to see a relative play. 70,000 will be wondering if they can get a refund.

October 7, 2012  07:38 PM ET

It has nothing to do with how good or bad the Jets are. It has to do with the greed of the owners of the Jets and Giants who charge $$$ for parking, $$$$ for PSLs, and $$$$$ for tickets. Blame greed.

Now, maybe Tebow can talk to his best friend, Jesus Christ, about filling the empty seats.

Ding ding ding ding ding. Greatest show on earth. Step right up, folks. The next show's about to begin.

Ticket sales are usually directly related to the suckage of the organization.

October 7, 2012  08:30 PM ET

Just in case ya don't know, the New York Giants don't ever have trouble selling out so don't get us mixed up wit dem frauds that wears green and white...ever!

Now on to the fraud, that moronic spotlight seeker Woody Boy would never missed the opportunity to showcase his spectacles in "Sanchise & Tebrow even if it meant him buying up the tickets himself. He would never miss the national primtime spotlight trust me. This moron is like the spotlight seeker Jimmy Boy Dolan, yeah, you know the one who have this lovefest with Zeke the Freak Thomas. At least Zeke brought the biitchees & hooeess along to get over all the losing!

Members of the Ryan family are not eligible.
