04:34 PM ET 10.08 | The final days of Dwight Howard's tenure with the Orlando Magic were filled with public-relations missteps that hampered the star center's reputation among fans and media. Now that Howard is with the Los Angeles Lakers, he is excited to put all that behind him and be himself. Here's what he told Sports Illustrated's Sam Amick: "I guess last year I really just sheltered, or kept myself away, because it was like, I say this, and then it's going to be turned into something else, or somebody is going to take it the wrong way and make it seem like I'm a certain type of person. So I really just tried to stay to myself. But now I'm basically free. It's a lot of fun. This is who I am."

You're dead to me.

You need to feel that way also with SVG and Otis..............they clearly are not innocent in any respect. Gross mismanagement on their behalf as it pertains to salary cap/trades/handling of star players and such!
