05:08 PM ET 10.08 | With Ryan Williams on the shelf, the Arizona Cardinals are looking for some help at running back. It does not appear that they have anyone on the current roster, not with Beanie Wells on the shelf too. The team does not think that La'Rod Stephens-Howling can handle a full-time workload. "But even when he's healthy, Stephens-Howling is not viewed as an every-down back. The Cardinals think he tends to wear down during the season, and with his small size (5-7, 185), he's not built to carry the ball 15 times a game."

If the team thinks he can't play full time, cut him and get someone who can!

he's their 3rd down change of pace back they knew going int the season he could only handle 7-10 touches a game

Of course, he's not a full timer. By the time he is finished spelling his name, it is already the second quarter.

Of course how could IHave missed the fact, that if he comes out on third down he misses ist and 2nd Down, which is 50 percent of all downs, he could be the first STAnDING holder of field Goals,
That would give him more touches!
