05:09 PM ET 10.08 | The Arkansas Razorbacks have suffered yet another devastating loss this season. While it counted as a win on their record when the Razorbacks defeated Auburn 24-7, it was a loss on the depth chart when linebacker Alonzo Highsmith went down with a foot injury in the first half. Arkansas head coach John L. Smith announced today that Highsmith will miss the remainder of the season due to his injury and underwent surgery to repair the damaged ligaments in his foot. Highsmith was the Razorbacks' leading tackler with 54 on the season. He also tallied two sacks and a fumble recovery. "We've had to adjust for other guys missing time, and whoever is there has to step in and play and go make plays," Smith said. "That's what we try to tell them over and over again." It is just the latest devastating blow to the Razorbacks who entered the season with hopes of reaching the national title game.
