05:19 PM ET 10.08 | Florida Gators running back Mike Gillislee looked incredible this past weekend and was a big reason why the Gators were able to upset the LSU Tigers, 14-6, at 'The Swamp' and jump into a first place tie in the SEC East with the South Carolina Gamecocks. Gillislee was dominant in the second half and his performance did not go unnoticed. Gillislee earned the Walter Camp Offensive Player of the Week award for his effort against the vaunted LSU defense. During the performance, Gillislee was the man who punched the ball into the endzone for both of the Gators touchdowns. Each touchdown run was for 12-yards. Entering the game, LSU gave up only an average of 83 yards per game but Gillislee blew those numbers away. The Gators senior back bolted for 146 yards and the two scores. It was a performance that has caused many NFL draft pundits to consider Gillislee the second-ranked senior running back in the nation. Oregon State corner Jordan Poyer earned defensive honors.
