Terrell Owens an option for the Jets?

11:38 AM ET 10.09 | Free agent wide receiver Terrell Owens tweeted about his desire to join the New York Jets on Monday night and on Tuesday morning when Jets head coach Rex Ryan was asked about it, he didn't rule out bringing Owens in. Ryan said you can never say never in the NFL and they will evaluate all options. Owens hasn't played in the regular season since 2010 but he was on the Seahawks roster during the 2012 preseason.

I didn't hear anything encouraging about TO when he was here with the Seahawks at the beginning of the season. It went from "hey, he's being humble and working hard" to "he's brooding again" to "we've parted ways" pretty quickly. And then there were the drops in preseason. Maybe it's time for TO to find another line of work that he can alienate people in.

I hope Ryan gets TO, that would be the icing on the cake , Replace Holmes with a bigger Diva! Can you imagine that locker room then! And Tebow in the middle trying to be the peacemaker....

What did Jets fans ever do to deserve this?
Are they under some sort of curse? Did Joe mortgage their future with the Devil for them to win in 1969? Help me out here what causes a franchise in New York City to go 40 plus years without getting back to the Superbowl, heck they only made it to the AFC Championship game maybe 3 times in that span.
