Undisclosed injury keeps Lions TE Pettigrew out of practice

04:13 PM ET 10.09 | The Detroit Lions practiced on Tuesday without the services of tight end Brandon Pettigrew. Exactly why Pettigrew sat out Tuesday's practice is unknown. Teams are not required to disclose any information until the official injury report is released on Wednesday. Pettigrew is second on the team with 23 receptions. He also has 223 yards and a touchdown to go with those catches over the Lions' first four games of the season.
