Nowitzki still struggling with knee pain

11:45 AM ET 10.10 | Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki had a down year last season due to lingering knee pain. Now, the same knee issues may be cropping up again. Speaking to reporters in Barcelona, Nowitzki said that his right knee is still swollen and he's not sure how serious the injury is right now. "We'll see how it responds," he said. "But the longer we wait, obviously the worse it is. If we have to do something, it'd be better to do it quick."
