Do Bellator contracts demand lifetime likeness rights?

05:32 PM ET 10.10 | Prominent MMA manager Jason Genet took to his company's website to warn others about what he says are the dangers of signing a contract with Bellator Fighting Championships. Genet claims, among other charges, that Bellator's contracts asks fighters to give up their rights to their own likeness for their entire lifetime. "The bottom line is, as a manager, I work for my clients. It is our job to help the client understand the risk and rewards associated with contracts that are presented to them. For Vic the risk was agreeing to allow a promoter to own his name and likeness for the rest of his life with the guarantee of earning $2000.00. Yes the upside is a potential $100,000.00 reward, but even at that price is that worth selling your name and likeness forever? Is the price of an Athlete, signing for the second largest MMA promotion in the world, only really worth $2000.00?"

I'm pretty sure the UFC does the same thing in their contracts - which is why Jon Fitch held out and then IIRC was in danger of getting cut - until he signed. Granted, Bellator isn't as big as the UFC - but they are following uncle Dana's lead on this one.
