08:01 AM ET 10.11 | Scott Fujita had his say on Wednesday, and now quarterback Drew Brees has weighed in on the NFL's bounty case. "This could go on for a while, because, certainly, our players are not satisfied with some of the things that Commissioner Goodell has claimed or said," Brees said. ... Brees is [made the media rounds Thursday], and he also said on ESPN's Mike and Mike in the Morning that he's angry about the suspensions handed out to Saints head coach Sean Payton and assistant Joe Vitt. "This whole bounty thing, for the most part, is just a big sham," Brees said. "The fact that our coaches are suspended for part of the year or the entire year is pretty ridiculous."

Go to the club drug cabinet, take a few percocets and mellow out, Drew. This is a dead issue.

Kind of playing fast and loose with the definition of "man" aren't you Mr Steeler? One cockroach judge and jury would be a more apt term.

How is any of it different than that chop block Monday night ?

Brees and the players involved fail to ever mention that this goes back to 2009 his HC and GM and lies to the NFL offices from back then and beyond. You want to be mad, then call out your HC and GM. They had their chance to clean up the mess and they chose the low road.

I've heard of people getting thrown under a bus but can't remember seeing someone throw themselves under a bus. Brees needs a new agent.

The NFL better listen up, these players could decide to do something drastic

I just don't care anymore. I will accept any outcome as long as it means we can stop hearing about it.
