Jaguars hoping Shorts can spark offense

11:57 AM ET 10.11 | The Jacksonville Jaguars are still looking for help at wide receiver. The team used their first-round pick on Justin Blackmon, and signed Laurent Robinson to a big free agent deal in the spring. Robinson has a concussion, and Blackmon is struggling. This week, the Jaguars will look to get something going with speedy Cecil Shorts. Jacksonville has a bye this week, but Shorts and Blackmon will be the starting receivers when the team returns to action in Week 7.
