05:52 PM ET 10.12 | Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez had hopes to return to action in Week 6 but the Patriots injury report revealed Hernandez did not practice on Friday. Hernandez suffered an ankle injury in a Week 2 loss to the Cardinals and hasn't appeared in a game since. He is officially listed as questionable for the Patriots Week 6 game against the Seahawks.

As a fantasy owner, yeah....I'd love to have him back ASAP, but Kyle Rudolph has held down the fort nicely in the interim.

As a Pats fan, I'd rather he sit as long as needed to get fully healthy than to see him come back too soon and risk re-injury. He's too big a cog in the offense of a team that should be playing deep in to January if not further.
