Time for Bucs to cut Aquib Talib?

09:19 AM ET 10.14 | Isn't it time for the Bucs to tell Aquib Talib to leave? Most of us passed the point of putting up with Talib a few second chances ago. Maybe it was when he hit a teammate with a helmet. Or when he punched out a cab driver. Or when he cursed a referee long and loud after a loss. Or when he was arrested on charges of shooting at his sister's boyfriend. The NFL suspended Talib on Saturday for the next four games for using a performance-enhancing substance, and all you could say was the Bucs had it coming. They have been embarrassed by Talib in one manner or another throughout his career, and they have apologized for him and enabled him and crossed their fingers. Every time, Talib has betrayed their trust.

Well, get rid of him and call it a day.

Or, keep him and work with him to get him past all this. Besides, this latest suspension is from something that happened a couple of months ago. Old news.

Anger Management would help! If Mike Tyson were his agent things would be a lot different!

Cursing a ref? Who hasn't. Taking a shot at your sisters boyfriend, big deal. Everybody has fired a few rounds in the direction of some deserving fool haven't they. Punching out a cabbie, is that even a crime?
Now smacking a team mate with a helmet and juicing is a different story. Ban him.

".... he was arrested on charges of shooting at his sister's boyfriend...."

Well, maybe she asked him to? Or maybe the boyfreind is also his brother or uncle or...Hey, these things happen, he is not a bad kid your honor. Really.

Work him. Work him hard. Let him know he ain't getting traded. Tell him to tell his agent a trade ain't in the works so there won't be any new contracts and new money coming any time soon. He is going to be a Buc and suffer with the rest of us. Ha!

He may yet get off. His lawyer is offering a plea bargain where Talib would plead guilty to impersonating Pacman Jones.

Some people can handle NFL level steroids, some can't. Talib is in the "can't" pile, along with a whole lot of WRs. Time to unload him however you can.

Never should have drafted him, he had issues in college. Ironically his name means "the last one" in Arabic.

trade him to Al-Qaeda for a future suicide punt returner pick....

LOL!

It sounds like he's done just about everything except commit murder and torture dogs. Thankfully, he's got Ray Lewis and Michael Vick as role models.

After getting torched by the Giants a few weeks ago ...
He needs all the performance enhancers he can get!
