01:36 PM ET 10.14 | The globalization of football continues with the NFL sending Vikings back overseas. The league has announced that the Minnesota Vikings will be playing a home game in London next season. Many believed the Vikings would play a few games in London over the next few years as Minnesota is set to build a brand new stadium in the footprint of the Metrodome. Either way, the NFL will finally feature one of its most elusive and marketable running backs in Adrian Peterson to a global market.

lots of teams who can't fill their stadiums at home would like to play in front of a full crowd in Europe. St. Louis and Minnesota are just the first two names that come to mind.
