11:53 AM ET 10.15 | The 49ers lost their Pro Bowl offensive tackle Joe Staley to a concussion in Week 6 and his status for Thursday night against the Seahawks is considered questionable. Staley was in pursuit of Giants safety Antrel Rolle after an interception and another Giants safety, Stevie Brown, laid him out. He left the game and did not return. He will need to pass concussion tests in order to play on Thursday against Seattle.

QUOTE(#2):

he won't play, too soon after the concussion.

He looked OK walking off, but yeah, Thursday is a bit soon to know. RG-III went Sunday-to-Sunday on his return.

The Giants were hitting everything and everybody, don't think the hit was intensional!

Too soon they should still be able to beat the Seahwaks without him...
