01:49 PM ET 10.16 | The Brooklyn Nets hung on to beat the Washington Wizards, 98-88, in the first game at the new Barclays Center, but the game was not without controversy. Late in the fourth quarter, reserve Wizards guard A.J. Price hit Deron Williams hard on a fast break, causing a brief scrum. After the game, Williams taunted the Wizards' backup. "Maybe he had some boys in the crowd he wanted to impress while he can with the little minutes he's going to get this year."

Reality hurts dude . Knicks are garbage , and have been irrelevant since Starks was playing. Nets at least have a vision and an aggressive owner that wants to win , knicks on the other hand have one overrated player in Carmelo , and are still talking about bringing Isaih Thomas back for another run . I cannot think of a more incompetent organization from top to bottom than the knicks.
