"We intend to do what's right," Tomlin said. "That's always our No. 1 charge and we believe that we did in this instance." The team will receive a roster exemption in his absence.

With Ben is was word against word. With this dude it was driving erratically while drunk, hitting parked cars, injuring a lady in one of the parked cars, evading police and resisting arrest.
He kind of gave them no choice but to take a hard stance. Only 22 years old and he's really screwed up.
