12:23 PM ET 10.17 | Bucs defensive end Da'Quan Bowers suffered an Achilles' injury in May that was thought to likely end his season. But the Bucs placed him on the Physically Unable to Perform list and now there's a chance Bowers could actually play this season. Bowers is practicing with the team, head coach Greg Schiano announced. The Bucs have three weeks to decide whether to activate Bowers or place him on IR.

Could whole teams like the Jags, Lions and the Browns just place themselves on Physically Unable To Perform list? Based on the way they are playing, it seems accurate.

Who?

"Along with Nick Fairley, Marcell Dareus, and Patrick Peterson, Bowers was still listed among the best propects available as of January 2011. He was later taken in the second round by Tampa Bay."

In other words, a half price bust instead of a full blown first round bust.

Injury concerns were why he fell in the first place...looks like those concerns were warranted

Andy Reid should just go on the Mentally Unable to Coach List and get it over with.
