Jonathan Dwyer will start for Steelers

02:26 PM ET 10.19 | Pittsburgh Steelers RBs Rashard Mendenhall (Achilles) and Isaac Redman (ankle) did not practice Friday and are both ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, reports Gerry Dulac. Both backs left last Thursday's game against the Titans. Mendenhall initially had a better chance than Redman of playing, but it just wasn't in the cards after missing another practice. Jonathan Dwyer will be getting the start. A healthy scratch the past two games, Dwyer is thrust back into the Steelers' RB picture. Baron Batch and Chris Rainey will split carries on passing downs.
