Jeremy Lin becoming a true point guard

11:11 PM ET 10.19 | A lot of people have been skeptical of Jeremy Lin, especially during this year's preseason. Not me. I still see a lot of potential waiting to bust out. He may not be the superstar everyone wants him to be, but he is becoming the true point guard nobody thought he would become. Lin's shot has been terrible in the preseason, not because he's a bust but because he missed so much time after having knee surgery. It takes time to get your shot back. Every shooter has a specific rhythm in their shot and in order to become the shooter he was before his surgery, he will need to get it back. It always comes back, fans, trust me, once a shooter, always a shooter. Lin has a nice touch on his shot if you go back to his Knicks days. Once he gets it back he will be the dynamic guard everyone has grown to love.

What a bunch of nonsense, Lin only shoots when he is wide open and his guy is stuck in the pick or can't follow.

His shot also has a slow release, should be easy to block. At least he plays it safe but you still see doubt in his figure when he does take the shot.

He'll never do stepback fadeaways like D rose or the pull up jumpshot like westbrook nor will he be a beast in the paint like rondo.

Lin is as average as average can get.

Wow, what an accurate description of this hype upped bum "Jeremy Love". In addition to all the things you pointed out, he dribble to his left, he is a poor defender, and a scrap rebounder, and when you combine all of these flaws, assessing him as average is quite a complement if you ask me. I venture to say a bum **** fraud and the number draw for the Asian market and Lord Stern both love this and promotes this. Thats Jeremy Love in a nut shell.

Doesn't matter if his shot works or not; He was brought in to sell tickets and jerseys, and that he will certainly do!

Lin became the Asian Tebow!!! The Knicks won more games than loses while starting and Carmelo and Stoudemire didnt play alot of those games due to injury.

I hope Lin does well in Houston.....Dolan shouldve signed him right away instead he signs a has been Kidd and an out of shape Felton.....I understand Kidd brings experience but you dont sign him before Lin even though Lin has lots to learn about PG.
