The JamesOn Curry experiment took a wrong turn early Thursday morning at a time when off-the-court headlines haven't been favorable for the Bulls. Curry was arrested at 2:25 a.m. in Boise, Idaho, and charged with misdemeanor counts of urinating in public and resisting arrest, according to police reports. Curry was in Boise playing in a Development League tournament with the Iowa Energy, the Bulls' affiliate. A Bulls spokesman said the organization was aware of the incident but would not comment until all the facts had been gathered.

What other facts do they need? I pee all the time in the wee (no pun intended) hours of the morning. I just make it a point to go to the bathroom.

This is the same kid who got his UNC scholarship revoked for selling weed at his high school his senior. Safe to say he isn't exactly a MENSA member

January 18, 2008  11:44 AM ET

There is only one rule when it comes to ****... JUST DON'T DO IT ON YOURSELF!

The Bulls organization would be foolish to make a big deal about this incident.

Kerry Wood is now off the hook as the last Chicago athlete to get a public urination charge out West (as far as I know). End or an era

January 18, 2008  12:17 PM ET

it's only by the grace of god i've never been charged with public urination. resisting arrest--haven't had the opportunity--but don't see myself pulling that one.

January 18, 2008  12:35 PM ET

Ah the society we live in today with 24 hours news and cameras everywhere...!Do something stupid and you pay for it the rest of your life...I am so glad I am not a young man in today's timeframe...

January 18, 2008  12:43 PM ET

Unfortunately for him, he has had problems with the law before. It's a simple charge but it doesn't bode well for JamesOn.
