01:59 PM ET 10.22 | The Miami Heat are the overwhelming favorite to win the 2013 NBA championship next season. Seventy percent of GMs surveyed believe the Miami Heat will repeat, with the Los Angeles Lakers (23.3 percent) and the Oklahoma City Thunder (6.7 percent) garnering the rest of the votes.
