05:52 PM ET 10.22 | The Cleveland Browns will not take chance with rookie running back Trent Richardson. Still hurting from a rib injury, Richardson was benched in the second half of the Browns' Week 7 loss to the Colts because he was not effective. To monitor his progress going forward, the Browns will check on Richardson each week. Head coach Pat Shurmur will monitor how he looks in practice and make determinations about whether or not he can play.

If they can keep on losing they may be lucky enough to get the number one pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.

He does but he's running hurt right now so they need to shut him down for a couple weeks to heal.

Yes--KC and Cleveland will notice and care--they are in a race to the bottom for the #1 pick in next year's draft. Chad Henne would be the prohibitive favorite to lose more than anyone else.
