01:30 PM ET 10.23 | The NBA Board of Governors is expected to vote on Robert Pera's bid to buy the Memphis Grizzlies on either Wednesday or Thursday, according to the Memphis Commercial-Appeal. There had been some doubt that the bid would go through, but this is a clear indication that things are progressing as expected. Pera verbally agreed to purchase the team from Michael Heisley for a reported $350 million. The sale will pass if three-fourths of the Board of Governors approves the purchase.

That amount will include all the guaranteed contracts on books plus liabilities etc.

Agreed that they will make SOME profits but it's the double-amount that it appears to be.
