03:12 PM ET 10.23 | Mike Holmgren, current team president of the Cleveland Browns, didn't rule out a return to coaching on Tuesday when he met with the media to discuss the team and his future under new owner Jimmy Haslam. According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Holmgren said he didn't know if he had a coaching future when asked if he had "one more coaching stint in him." Holmgren went on to say that he misses coaching, and that he briefly considered coaching the Browns after the team fired Eric Mangini. Ultimately, he felt that he still wasn't ready to make the concessions to his family and other obligations to take on the coaching gig, and that he felt like he would be shortchanging the Browns had he elected to make himself the coach.

Personally I don't think he ever had a time.

I could have take that Packers team to the Super Bowl.

He's my favourite coronary about to happen guy.

Hardly. If Holmgren hadn't of kept Favre on a short leash they wouldn't have made it to the SB. Just ask Mike Sherman and Brad Childress.

Just keep him away from anything resembling GM duties.

Mike, I'm pretty sure the Browns fans feel like you short changed them by concentrating on being GM.

Exactly! And if he hasn't ruled out coaching then why didn't he step in and replace Shurmur?? He could have fired him and moved forward.
