03:39 PM ET 10.23 | New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning further cemented his status as a big-moment quarterback when he executed a quick-strike attack in the final minutes of Sunday's divisional win against the Washington Redskins. Manning admitted that he looked forward to these kinds of moments when the outcome of the game rests on his shoulders. "I get excited for those moments ??? it's time to go win a game. And, you know, it comes down to this drive. This drive is going to be the last of the game. This is our opportunity. And that's not the time to get nervous, it's not the time to get scared to make a mistake. You're trying to go win, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake. Make a mistake, the game's over. So it's a time to be aggressive and go out there and give it your all."

Ironic. He has half the talent of his brother but twice the rings.

He might Live for the Comeback - but us Fans would prefer the nice cushy lead with 2 mins to play :-)

Why be put in that position in the first place?

I used to call Eli, Not Peyton.

Now I call Peyton, Not Eli.

Peyton has all the SB rings he'll ever have right now. Eli could have 1 or 2 more coming.

I'm not even a Giants fan but his pass to Cruz on Sunday made me laugh at the premature speculation dance done by Santana Moss seconds earlier....

As long as everyone believes that BS, he will keep on bringing in the Rings and The Comebacks!

That play to Cruz Sunday to win that game was more of a breakdown by the Washington secondary than Eli pulling out a win.....that was terrible defense.....there is no way any receiver should have gotten behind that secondary in that situation.....

I remember when he first started out, the inevitable unfavorable comparisons to his brother, etc.He did not get rattled. It wasn't so long ago they called him a drooling (special needs person). How do you like him now?

Statistically He's still no Peyton.

However, 2 rings does wonders for perception.
