Kelly fears the Belldozer

08:14 AM ET 10.24 | This week, sheer physics may play a part in whether Oklahoma or Notre Dame is virtually eliminated from BCS title contention. Blake Bell has carried the ball 15 times inside opponents' 10-yard lines this season; eight of those rushes became Oklahoma touchdowns. Notre Dame opponents have attempted nine runs inside the Irish 10; those runs have netted 4 yards and no touchdowns. ... What happens, the paradox goes, when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? "If it's first-and-goal from the 5, we're gonna have a hard time keeping them out of the end zone," said Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly. Wait, what? "It's a great short-yardage offense," Kelly continued. "He's big; he's physical."

The way to stop the "Belldozer" is don't let the Sooners get inside of your 5 yard line, simple as that!!! :-)

"Notre Dame opponents have attempted nine runs inside the Irish 10; those runs have netted 4 yards and no touchdowns." No touchdowns thanks to the Ref's... Just ask Stanford.

I wish they would put the Belldozer on his backside. Landry has to hate that guy. Bell does nothing but sit on the bench come in when they are on the goal line, follow to fullbacks into the endzone and then gets up and celebrates like he carried the team all the way down the field.

Because he knows the truth. They haven't dominated anyone except 2 below average inconsistent teams (Navy & Miami) and have struggled against the weak teams they've played. Number 5 LMAO.

Walter P is still spinning in his grave on that one.

Walter P scored enough of his own TDs, he could afford to let "The Fridge" score some.

If it comes to Belldozer time, this could be where Teo shows his true heisman potential. Spread out, it'll be as close to a one on one matchup as he'll get.

WOW, lets get on to a kid who works his butt off in practice and gets to score major college touchdowns for being excited he helped his team..... smh

I'd like to see Manti meet Belldozer in the hole on about the 2, and see what happens. That'd be awesome.
