07:58 PM ET 10.24 | The Toronto Raptors picked Terrence Ross with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft. Andre Drummond was selected one pick later by the Detroit Pistons. It's extremely early in both careers but Drummond is already raising eyebrows with his play in the preseason. The Raptors passed on Drummond because Ross was more of a need for them and they already had drafted big men in the lottery before ( Andrea Bargnani, Ed Davis, Jonas Valanciunas). Despite that, there is some concern ??? not just by the Raptors but all of the teams that decided to pass on Drummond ??? after seeing him in action so far in the preseason.
