07:46 AM ET 10.25 | Chicago White Sox catcher A.J. Pierzynski wondered aloud Wednesday whether anyone with guaranteed riches coming to him might want to work again so soon, but he wasn't ruling it out. [Pierzynski says Ozzie Guillen] wants to manage in the major leagues again, but warns that only certain teams can be the right fit for his opinionated former manager. "I know he wants to work again," Pierzynski said Wednesday on "SVP & Russillo" on ESPN Radio. "I talked to him; I consider him a friend of mine and we talk. I don't think he saw this coming. I thought that he would get at least one more year, but he still wants to manage I'm sure, and I'm sure he will find an opportunity somewhere."

I think the door for Guillen as manager in the Majors is slowly closing........

Any Owner/GM who hires Ozzie is looking for media attention, and will get it, but it would rank up there with the best of "stupid decisions".

He should take a year or two off to enjoy his money from the Marlins, then find a team where the manager doesn't draw 24/7 media coverage, and try to keep his mouth closed.

Ozzie couldn't' be a manager for now but he should work in any team as a coach,
After a few years he might manage again, things aren't never perceived as people expected:-) :-) :-)

First thing first, stop saying words that aren't needed, speak as little as possible focus in the team as top priority, work hard in the field talk less work harder, talk less and just keep advancing in positive direction,,:-) :-) :-)

Maybe... once he learns the world doesn't revolve around him.
Ozzie & Bobby V should start their own show at the very end of the XM Dial.

It seems as if Guillen will never grow up. At this point, he seems almost predictable as clockwork in terms of spouting off moronic garbage, then saying sorry. Repeat.

Why does a story about A.J. Pierzynski commenting on Ozzie Guillen immediately bring the phrase, "Takes one to know one," to mind?
