05:26 PM ET 10.25 | A recent study by the Nielsen and E-Poll Market Research determined that Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is the least-appealing player in the NFL. According to the poll, Suh appeals to only 19 percent of those asked. Suh, whose Lions host the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday, has developed a sour reputation because of his questionable on-field antics. It has been nearly a year since Suh greatly damaged his reputation as a dirty player by stepping on an opposing players' face last Thanksgiving. The No. 2 overall pick's appeal percentage is far below who Forbes labeled as "diva" receivers such as Randy Moss and Santonio Holmes. They received 24 percent and 28 percent ratings, respectively.

His comments since haven't helped anything--when you act that way, then say you don't care if people think you are dirty...people will have an instantly negative reaction.

No, I'd say stepping on an opposing player's face greatly enhanced his reputation as a dirty player.

Kicking and stomping on defenseless players laying on the ground, then trying to tell the NFL that he is really a nice person that just got caught up in the moment. Maybe he is mad that he hasn't lived up to all the hype he had when he came out of College.

Any of you that have watched this sport for a period of time will know football players have their own way of dealing with players that have questionable tactics ... these troops usually wind up on the UTP list ... If he is viewed by his peers as being a "dirty" player, what goes around, comes around ...

Agreed. Article reads like it was written by a high school dropout. Also, Suh stepped on the guy's arm, not his face.
