03:08 PM ET 10.26 | Did the NHL break labor law by allowing team executives a 48-hour window to speak with players last week? According to TSN legal analyst Eric Macramalla, it's unclear. The NHL dictated that team management could not motivate or negotiate with players during the 48-hour window, but the union could argue that the league was not negotiating in good faith by circumventing the union to talk with players.
