05:37 PM ET 10.26 | Three weeks after suffering an injury that could have killed him, Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola is seemingly on the verge of coming back a lot sooner than anyone in St. Louis could have hoped. Amendola made an appearance on the practice field this week, and he's officially been listed as questionable on the Rams injury report ahead of Sunday's game in London against the Patriots. It's highly unlikely that Amendola plays, but the Rams have said his chances at this time are 50-50. But just the fact that Amendola is already practicing three weeks after such an injury is nothing short of amazing.

Last 24 hours: first he was out, then he was in, then he was 50%, now he is out again. I love T&R--all possibilities covered!

That does seem to be the reality. Another player coming back weeks earlier than anyone thought possible. No risk of additional injury there.
