10:30 AM ET 10.28 | The story going around has Roberto Luongo coming to the Leafs the minute the lockout is over. The story is wrong. The Leafs have interest in Luongo. Vancouver will trade him. He may end up here but there is no deal done, no agreement, no handshake, nothing.

Burkie has big balls if he goes down this road.Might as well give him his walking papers now.

Remembering how long it took the Dominator to finally win the big one, the Leafs might get respectable with Lou. Get out from under the bed, my BC friends, earthquakes over.

He wants to go back to Florida but may end up in Toronto...how unfortunate!

All we need is for the mainstream sports outlets to start broadcasting EU hockey, instead of re-runs of old games and idiots playing poker. Then we can finally move on from that mismanaged carcass known as the NHL.

In 1866 on this day France gave the USA the Statue of Liberty. Originaly holding up a white flag, we replaced it with a torch.

On the contraire Luongo will get them to the playoffs which will get Burke a 5 year extension whether they ever get any farther is beyond me

The story that's going around is the story that YOU, the Toronto Sun, has been putting out. It still makes next to no sense.

The only reason there is a rumor at all Danny is because there are no other number one goalies on the trading block and haven't been for a while. So, that is why this will not go away as we all know that if there is something that the Leafs have needed for years, is a **** starting goalie.

Plus the fact that Burke lieutenant Nonis brought him to Vancouver

Thats a bold prediction. I'm not sure the Leafs are a Luongo away from making the playoffs.
