Rex Ryan doubles down on Sanchez, again

12:02 PM ET 10.29 | Mark Sanchez will remain the New York Jets' starting quarterback despite calls for Rex Ryan to replace him with Tim Tebow. Sanchez's performance against the Miami Dolphins wasn't the worst of his season, but it was clear his quarterbacking wasn't moving the ball for New York. The fourth-year quarterback only completed 28 of 54 passes for a low 5.2 yards per attempt, tossing a touchdown and a pick and fumbling once. After the game, Ryan said that he would consider changes on his depth chart at every position besides quarterback, insisting that Sanchez "looked pretty good" and is the person who gives the team the best chance to win. "Offensively, the problems aren???t one man," Ryan said Monday. "If it was one man, that would be easy to do. But it???s not on one person. Sometimes, we???re accurate with the football (and) we drop some passes. Sometimes, the pass might not have been as accurate as we wanted it to be. Then there???s times when our protection let us down."

Pretty well sums up an inept offense.

It seems to me if a teams problem is 1 man, it is usually the coach

If Sanchez is who gives them the best shot at winning then Tebow must be more awful than we all think.

Trade Sanchez for Mike Vick. Neither one is effective where he is, everyone except their coaches wants to bench them, so why not swap them and give each guy a chance to see if he can succeed in a different system.
Or, maybe, swap Sanchez for Joe Biden. Or send him to a Russian prison in exchange for **** Riot.

Let's go Mr Johnson!! Put the pressure on for a QB change, even McElroy is a step up. Sanchez is not the answer to anything. You are losing your FANS and your TEAM. Try selling seats next year.
