05:55 PM ET 10.29 | The Wisconsin Badgers were dealt a tough blow on Monday morning when news came out that starting point guard Josh Gasser tore the ACL in his left knee on Saturday. Gasser will miss the entire year and redshirt, leaving him with two years of eligibility remaining at Wisconsin. The junior had previously been the backup for Jordan Taylor at the point, but was finally getting his chance to run the offense. In those two campaigns, Gasser averaged 6.8 points and four rebounds per game. Last year, Gasser got solid playing time, averaging 34 minutes and 7.8 points per game.
