03:42 PM ET 10.30 | After FOX cameras caught Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler allegedly cursing fans who were booing the team's offense in the first half of their game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, the seven-year veteran made an attempt to explain his actions in an interview with Waddle and Silvy of ESPN Radio Chicago. Cutler and the Bears' offense only managed to muster seven points through the first three quarters of their 23-22 comeback win over the Panthers, and the Bears faithful let the team hear it, showering them with boos as they entered the tunnel at halftime. When asked about how he felt about the booing, Cutler told ESPN Radio Chicago, "Chicago fans know it was a lousy performance. We know it's a lousy performance, and hopefully when we come back on the Sunday night game [against the Houston Texans on Nov. 11], we'll do better for them."

I see someone read his lips and he basically used the F word on the fans. Maybe he should. They've given him zero love so far and this guy is pretty good considering the past two years he had only himself to pass too.

Or, they could talk about how he gave his game tickets for the recent Monday-nighter to the family of the Bears fan who was killed in Jacksonville a few weeks ago.
They could... but that doesn???t stir the pot quite as nicely.

Actually with the Bears record, he should be looking up and saying "How you like me now". Some NFL cities he wouldn't be able to pay for his own drink.
