Czech team fined over racial slurs

07:13 PM ET 10.30 | The Chomutov Pirates of the Czech Extraliga were fined Tuesday by the Czech ice hockey federation after their fans taunted Philadelphia Flyers forward Wayne Simmonds with racial slurs over the weekend. Simmonds, who's currently playing for Liberec of the Czech league during the ongoing NHL lockout, was called a "monkey" by chanting fans in Chomutov on Sunday.
